Sale Items cannot be exchanged or returned for incorrect choice. Please choose carefully, warranty obligations only per manufacturer (freight and labour chargeable).
Any reduced to clear or sale items are generally items in stock and not available at sale pricing to be ordered in.
For non-stocked items or sizes that you ask us to order in, for example shoes, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement in another size if you change your mind. Please choose your size carefully.
But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem as per Australian Consumer Law.
We do not we do not warrant tubes that have been removed from the box due to install errors by customers (tyre pinches etc) we will try to do the right thing but have put limitations in place due to previous abuse.
All warranties are void if motors are fitted to bikes.
Our first safety check s strictly within 30 days of purchase, this does not cover damage and wear and tear if parts and labour required.

There is no return on sale items other than your rights under Australian consumer law. Choose carefully, we cannot do change of size etc. please remember this for clothes and shoes also.
Warranty on sale items is per the manufacturer warranty only and your rights under Australian consumer law (often we go above and beyond but in this instance won’t be).
